MDT Treatment Planning Web App for Axana

Axana is a Netherlands-based healthcare startup building digital tools to support hospital care teams. Their focus was on improving how multidisciplinary medical teams collaborate during treatment planning, especially in fast-paced clinical environments where multiple specialists must align quickly.

Axana partnered with Cleffex to design and deliver a web-based MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) Treatment Planning application targeted at hospital settings.

Hospitals often rely on fragmented systems and manual note-taking during multidisciplinary treatment meetings. This slows decision-making and makes it harder to build a complete, shared view of a patient’s case.

Axana needed a prototype that could:
